How to Drop Off

DROP OFF HOURS

Tuesday through Friday 10AM - 4:30PM

Saturday 11AM - 3:30PM

Drop offs are limited to ONE per week, no later than 30 minutes before closing and must follow the drop off limits below.  Inspect your items to make sure they are in "like new" condition.  To better understand what we look for when we inspect your items click here to see Our Standards.

First Time Consigners: please click here to read our consignment agreement. Your signature will be required in store when you make your first drop off.

DROP OFF OPTIONS

​

DROP & DASH: No appointment needed, simply sign in on our log-in sheet and choose if you want us to DONATE or RETURN items that are not accepted for consignment. See below for Drop & Dash drop off limits. 

DONATE means we will donate items not accepted for consignment.

RETURN means we will return the items not accepted for consignment through the follow process:  We send one courtesy email to notify you that your order is processed and items not accepted are ready for you to pick up. Items must be picked up within two weeks from the date of our email. After two weeks, all unclaimed items and containers will be donated.

WALK-IN:  For 5 items or less no appointment is needed - we will process your items while you shop. Depending on customer activity, there may be a wait time.

Once A Week DROP OFF LIMIT - use these examples as a guide for how much is acceptable to bring at one time.  Containers/bags should be a manageable weight and not overstuffed.

• Clothing / Toys -

  • TOTE/BIN - Max 20 gallons (limit 1) or

  • BOX - Small (limit 2) / Medium (limit 1) or 

  • BAGS - Paper/Plastic Grocery (limit 6) or
    Plastic Trash - 13 Gallon Max (limit 2) NO STRETCHY BAGS or
    Large Reuseable Shopping Bag (limit 2) 

  • Xtra Large Items - call ahead 

• Books –  Small Bag / Box (limit 1)

• Baby Equipment & Gear – for multiple large items please call ahead
